    5 Stars is not enough! As always they came to my rescue. As a winter storm sets in, my furnace started blowing cold air. Thankfully they came out and fixed it within an hour. No sales gimic, No upselling, just great, HONEST service. My tech Zack explained the problem in simple terms I understood PLUS explained how to avoid this problem in the future. From the office staff to the tech's, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend them to everyone and am so thankful for the years of great service.

    Go local! Support small business!! My A/C wasn’t working, called one company only to find out they don’t service Gwinnett Co. Another company never called me back. Patterson answered the phone, promised to come out between 12 and 5 the next day. Got a call at 10:35 from Mike to say he was on the way. He was very professional and friendly to my teenage son too. My A/C was fixed and running before 12 Noon. They have fixed and installed A/C and heating units in the past for us…I should have just been loyal and called them first.
